The Annual Fifth K Subrahmanyam Lecture programme organised at India International Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on 14 February 2017 was a resounding success, with a brilliant Lecture by H.E.Shri M. Hamid Ansari, Hon'ble Vice President of India on "Some Observations on Domestic Dimensions of Security".
